After 8 years of working in Title and Escrow, Debi jumped into Real Estate obtaining her license in 2015. Her extensive background in Title and Escrow brings a unique talent to the Simpson Group. She is laser focused on details and recognizes the potential pitfalls for clients before they ever happen. She is a problem solver, a skilled negotiator and phenomenal verbal communicator all of which wins over clients as well as the other brokers she works with.
Debi is a longtime Snoqualmie Valley resident with deep roots in the schools, local charities, and organizations. Our team often jokes – “Is there anyone she doesn’t know?” Debi specializes in working with seniors and will protect them tooth and nail; not allowing anyone to take advantage of them. She is sweet and compassionate, spending extra time to go make sure they are comfortable with the transitions.
